冠心病合并高血压患者辛伐他汀5年治疗前后动脉弹性变化.PDFVIP

·7420 · 中华临床医师杂志( 电子版)2013 年8 月第7 卷第16 期 Chin J Clinicians(Electronic Edition),August 15,2013,Vol.7,No.16 ·临床论著· 冠心病合并高血压患者辛伐他汀5 年治疗 前后动脉弹性的变化 王荣花 孙宁玲 杨帆 孟晓敏 【摘要】 目的 探讨长期辛伐他汀强化降脂治疗对高血压合并冠心病患者的动脉弹性的影响。 方法 选择高血压合并冠心病三支病变的患者24 例，每晚给予辛伐他汀40 mg 口服，随访5 年，治疗前后 检测血压、血脂、血糖及臂踝脉搏波传导速度（BaPWV ）。结果 5 年前与5 年后比患者的收缩压水平（SBP ） 无变化 （P ＞0.05 ），舒张压水平（DBP ）有所增高（P ＜0.05 ），脉压（PP ）无明显变化，患者的血LDL 及 TC 水平均降低（P ＜0.05 ）。空腹血糖治疗前后无明显变化（P ＞0.05 ）。经辛伐他汀治疗5 年后BaPWV 无 显著增加[从（1419±224 ）m/s 变为（1416±205 ）m/s ，P ＞0.05] 。结论 辛伐他汀长期应用在降脂治疗同 时可防止冠心病合并高血压患者BaPWV 进一步升高，延缓动脉硬化进程。 【关键词】 高血压； 冠心病； 臂踝脉搏波传导速度 Changes in brachial ankle pulse wave velocity on simvastatin therapy during a five-year follow-up in patients with coronary disease combined with essential hypertention WANG Rong-hua,SUN Ning-ling,YANG Fan, MENG Xiao-min. Methods Twenty-four patients with essential hypertension and coronary disease were treated with Simvastatin 40 mg every night for five years. Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), pulse pressure(PP), blood glucose(GLU), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL) were measured before and after 5 years. Results SBP, PP and Glu were not significantly changed after five years. DBP was higher after five years. BaPWV was not significantly changed after five years. LDL and TC decreased significantly after five years.
