F uling Agriculture Commission , Chongqing 408000 , China) Abstract: Compared with common chemical fertilizer (CF) and common compound fertilizer (CCF) , the influences of slow-release compound fertilizer on yield and quality of vegetable are studied by field experiment. The results show that , the yields of Chinese cabbage, cabbage, cauliflower and radish of SRF treatment are markedly increased by 13.0%-27.29毛; The content of V c , amino acid , soluble sugar and protein in 4 vegetables of SRF treatment are increased by 3.2%-29.7% , with the SRF treatment the contents of P , K, Ca, Mg , Fe , Zn in cauliflower and radish are increased , the nutritional value of vegetables is improved.
