全球空间信息公众服务规范及商业化运营系统年度报告 　　摘 要：全球空间信息公众服务规范及商业化运营系统的主要研究内容和目标，是基于我国自主的国家级搜索引擎，突破巨量用户并发访问、空间实体精准映射、多层语义动态关联、互联网事件信息全息内容实时获取与融合等关键技术；研究建立空间信息公众服务规范与运营体系，实现空间信息公众服务的高可用、高效率和可持续性；基于可扩展架构、海量空间数据管理和分布式信息服务技术，构建全球空间信息公众服务技术平台；构建人民搜索“即刻热点信息公众服务系统”，实现互联网事件信息的实时获取、精准定位与过程跟踪，通过互联网（包括移动互联网）为社会公众提供精准、丰富、快捷、持续的全球空间信息内容服务。2013年度，该课题按照任务书中第一年度的考核要求，完成高效空间信息存储与高性能空间信息检索技术验证；研究并建立了空间实体映射模型、互联网事件表达模型；完成公众应用服务规范文本初稿编写；初步完成了基础空间信息公众服务集群环境的搭建；完成了空间信息平台与人民搜索IT基础环境的对接试验与测试；完成了事件精准定位与空间关联工具研制；初步实现事件探测与属性信息获取软件的研制；并已提交5项专利申请、4项软件著作权申请以及1篇科技论文 关键词：全球空间信息 公众服务 商业运营系统 互联网事件 Annual Report of The Global Spatial Information Public Service Specification and Commercial Operational System Wang Yanbo1 Wang Yong2 Ren Yingchao3 （1.People search network company； 2.China Academy of Surveying and Mapping； 3.Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth， Chinese Academy of Sciences） Abstract： The main research target and goal of the global spatial information public service specification and commercial operational system is to make a breakthrough in key technologies such as massive user concurrent access， precise mapping of spatial entity， dynamic association of multi-level semantics， real-time access and integration of Internet event information holographic content， based on our own national search engine； to make a research on establishing spatial information service specification and operating system to obtain spatial information public service of high availability， efficiency and sustainability； to establish a platform for the global spatial information public service technology， based on scalable architecture， management of massive spatial data and distributed information services technology； to build “Jike hotspot information public service system” to achieve real-time access， precise positioning and process tracking of information on Internet events， to provide accurate，rich， fast and sustained global spatial information content service to the public via the Internet（including mobile In
