手术患者术前焦虑心理评估工具及应用效果探究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨“手术患者术前焦虑评估表”的应用方法及效果。方法 选取2015年1～6月深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院收治的需进行手术治疗的1000例患者为研究对象，分别应用焦虑自评量表、特质焦虑问卷及“手术患者术前焦虑评估表”评估患者焦虑程度，并进行信效度分析，所有数据结果均进行统计学分析与处理。结果 各项得分与总分的相关均达到显著水平，相关系数均在0.4以上；Cronbach alpha系数为0.809，分半信度为0.863，重测信度为0.611；与焦虑自评量表所有因子均显著相关，相关系数为0.162～0.603；“手术患者术前焦虑评估表”与特质焦虑问卷的总分均显著相关，相关系数为0.290～0.371。结论 修订完善的“手术患者术前焦虑评估表”具有良好的信效度，为患者术前焦虑水平的评估提供了新的评价指标和参考依据，值得临床广泛推广应用 [关键词]术前焦虑；量表；焦虑自评量表；特质焦虑问卷；心理评估工具 [中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）11（c）-0183-03 [Abstract]Objective To explore the application method and effect of “psychological assessment tool in patients with surgery before operation”.Methods 1000 patients with surgery treatment treated by Shajing People′s Hospital of Baoan District in Shenzhen City from January to June 2015 were selected as study object.Self-rating anxiety scale，trait anxiety questionnaire and“psychological assessment tool in patients with surgery before operation”was used respectively to evaluate the anxiety degree of patients and the reliability and validity analysis was conducted，and all data were analyzed and treated statistically.Results The scoreand the total score′s correlation reached a significant level，the correlation coefficient was above 0.4；Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.809，the split half reliability was 0.863，the test-retest reliability was 0.611，and the self-rating anxiety scale of all factors were significantly correlated，correlation coefficient was from 0.162 to 0.603；”preoperative anxiety evaluation table and the total score of trait anxiety questionnaire were significantly correlated，the correlation coefficient was from 0.290 to 0.371.Conclusion Revised “preoperative anxiety evaluation scale” has good reliability and validity，provides the evaluation index and reference basis for assessment of preoperative anxiety，and it is worthy of clinical wide promotion and application.
