Conclusions According to mechanical theory to analyze structure and force of DVT250 numerical control double-column lathe ram, calculate bending deflection of ram in different positions using the classical mechanics theory, come to torsion deformation of ram under the action of cylinder thrust and pre-tightening force of lead screw, and pass on-site detection to verify it, verify accuracy of theoretical analysis, provide a theoretical basis for engineering actual optimization design and ram performance prediction, and propose improving measures of reducing the bending deflection. Specific conclusions and improving measures as following: 1) Bending deflection of ram bottom is basically proportional to the square of extended distance, curve is parabolic shape, when the extended distance is about 1160mm, curve appears highest point, and then curve decreases. The main reason is that, here is the critical point of the force change, so caused the change of near bending deflection value. 2) The form of force when ram bottom is in fully extended and fully retracted conditions has significant differences to the other seven cases, that is couple completely at both ends or one end, The results lead to mutations. 3) The basic trend of bending deflection of ram top (the upper end of ram )is decreasing with the extended length increasing. When the extended distance of curve is about 960mm, appears deflection point. 4) By increasing the rigidity of ram itself, made/making cylinder and wire nut bars close to the ram, increase the constraint of rotating slide base to ram, which can reduce bending deformation of ram.( these measures reduce bending deformation of the ram) 5. 结论 根据力学理论对DVT250数控双立柱车床滑枕的结构和受力进行了分析,利用经典力学理论计算出滑枕在不同位置时的弯曲挠度,得出在油缸推力和丝杠预紧力作用下滑枕的挠变形,并且通过了现场检测验证了理论分析的正确性,为工程实际优化设计和滑枕性能预测提供理论依据,并提出降低弯曲挠度的改进措施。具体结论和改进措施如下: 1)滑枕下端的弯曲挠度基本上与所伸出的距离的平方成正比,曲线呈抛物线状;曲线在伸出距离大约为1160mm时出现最高点,而后曲线下降;分析其原因主要是此处为受力变化的临界点,所以造成其附近弯曲挠度值发生变化; 2)滑枕下端完全伸出和完全缩回两种状态下的受力形式与其他七种情况有明显区别,即
