肱骨近端四部分骨折“MIPPO结合锁定钢板固定”与“人工肱骨头置换”疗效分析 英文摘要 An Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy between MIPPO Combining LPHP And HHR in treatment of Neer Four-part Proximal Humeral Fractures Abstract Objective: To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) combining locking Proximal Humerus Plate (LPHP) as well as humeral head replacement (HHR) in treating Neer four-part proximal humeral fractures. Methods: Patients with Neer four-part proximal humeral fractures in the orthopedics department of our hospital were included from the June of 2008 to the June of 2012, those meeting the criteria and regularlly followed up were devided into two groups: Group A was treated with MIPPO+LPHP, Group B was treated with HHR. Retrospective case control study was applied. The results were evaluated by CMS, ASES, Neer, SST scoring system and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain scores. The defferences in bleeding volumn, operation time and postoperative complications between the two groups were assessed, in order to value the advantages, disadvantages and effects of there two operative methods. SPSS16.0 statistical software was applied for all analyses.
