In the key activities of formulating and implementing enterprise’s strategy, the core competition ability of enterprise’s cultivation and promoting is core management. Therefore, how the enterprise implements the more effective resources, cultivating and promoting the core competitive ability has become the key question which would affect the enterprise’s development in the future competition. Many successful managements of Chinese and Foreign enterprises identified that any successful business enterprise all contain mighty core competition ability to prop up, and the core competition ability has already become a magic weapon for the technique enterprise to win. With the accelerating of technology innovation, technology is playing a vital role in industrial competition, so the role of the technology innovation becomes more and more outstanding. This text begins with the theory of the core competition ability, taking the corporation of TMT as an example, studying the strategy and measure to improve the core competition of business enterprise from the aspect of technical creation. By using literature and document studies, the paper has analyzed comparative studies and individual case analysis, analyzing how develop the core competence of the TMT corporation and its present problem; Describing the relation of the technical innovation and promoting the core competition ability; Thinking about the technique innovation is the vital path and valid means to increase the core competition ability of enterprise.
