The present subsidy policies of agricultural land ac甲lisition are reviewed on the basis of analysis of feature and classification of land and subsidy as well as theories of agricultural land acquisition. Taking the present social and economic condition into consideration, it is suggested that price of land acquisition should be the same for different construction projecl , but Ihe price of differenl agricultural land should be varied and be acquired according 10 the quality of land and using nel relum of land as the criteria for subsidy seems more feasible.
