【摘要】对于跨国公司技术转移的理论，前人进行了大量的研究，并且被不断地丰富、具体和完善，所以在研究过程中我采取了理论分析与实证分析相结合、静态分析与动态分析相结合、系统分析方法以及比较分析的研究方法，既注重理论体系的完整性，又兼顾理论服务于实践的宗旨。紧跟国内外跨国公司技术转移、东道国技术引进理论研究和实证研究的最新成果，增强发展策略的实用价值。跨国公司全球化战略的最核心部分，就是跨国公司的技术创新、技术垄断和技术竞争的策略,而且跨国公司在国际技术转移方面的行为特征对发展中国家的技术引进有着很大影响。跨国公司之间竞争的核心就是技术的竞争。所以跨国公司技术转移对于促进各国技术进步，加快经济发展具有重要的作用。 【关键词】 跨国公司 技术转移 东道国 对策研究  【Abstract】To the theory of trans-corporations technological transformation, forefathers have carried on a large amount of research, and is being enriched constantly, concrete and perfect, so I have adopted theory analysis and real example analysis that combines together in the course of studying dynamic analysis and static analysis ,also use systematic analytical method and comparative analysis research approach in static behavior, not only pay attention to the integrality of the theoretical system but also give consideration to the theory and serve the aim practiced. Follow the technological transformation of international trans-corporation, combine the newest achievement of technology import theoretical research of host country, and strengthen the practical value of the development tactics. The most crucial part of globalization in strategy trans-corporation is technological innovation , technology of trans-corporation monopolize and technology competition, there is great influence on the behavior characteristic of international technological transformation to developing countries. The core of the competition between the trans-corporations is a competition of the technology. So trans-corporations technological play a big part in the development of economy and promoting the technological progress of various countries. 【Keywords】 Trans-corporation Technological transformation Host country Countermeasure research 第1章 导 论 1.1 问题的提出 跨国公司技术转移是当代跨国公司经济活动的重要组成部分，它对于促进各国技术进步，加快经济发展具有重要的作用。跨国公司作为技术输出方在技术转移中往往掌握着当今世界先进的科技成果，通过向外输出技术，可以获得高额的技术转让费用，同时扩大技术的应用范围，进一步开发新的技术，其目的是为了获得利益最大化。而作为技术输入方的东道国，引进技术的主要目的是为了实现本国的经济和社会发展战略，提高技术水平，推动
