南通农业职业技术学院 毕业论文（设计） 课题名称 机械手物料传送设计 机械制造与自动化 专业及班级 机制3111 学号 1162304133 姓名 徐高磊 指导老师 张颖 14年 5 月 12 日 机械手物料传送设计 摘 要 随着我国工业自动化的发展和渐渐的普及，工业上机械手物料传送的应用也越来越多，越来越普遍，导致它在先进的制造业中扮演着尤为重要的角色。在生产中，它渐渐可以代替人手的繁重劳动，很大程度上缩减了工人们的劳动负荷度，让他们能得到多余时间来休息，以便下次能很好的工作，改善工人们的生活，也减少他们的劳动时间，提高了工业上生产效率。 然而在现代社会中，环境问题在工作生产中也影响了其工作进度和工作效率，从而导致该公司利益得不到提高，人们就发明了像人手一样的东西后被称为“机械手”，它在恶劣的环境中（高温，高压，放射性，有毒性气体），可是如鱼得水呀！ 该文采用PLC和触摸屏相结合控制机械手通过手臂上升，左移，下降，抓紧，手臂上升，右移，下降，放下把物料传送到目的地，详细介绍了PLC和触摸屏，在机械手的物料传送过程中，运用人机界面可以方便，有效的控制，取得了很好的成就。 关键词：PLC，触摸屏，机械手。 PLC and material transfer control manipulator Abstract With the development of industrial automation and the gradually popularization, application delivery manipulator material industry is also more and more, more and more common, which plays a particularly important role in advanced manufacturing.
