They also feature a very useful compatibility or emulation mode which allows them to plug-n-play in an Agilent ATE environment. * Every PWS4000 comes with NI LabVIEW SignalExpress Tektronix Edition. With Signal Express’ intuitive drag-and-drop interface, a user can quickly and easily connect to their Tektronix bench instrument and instantly begin controlling it. Complex measurements can be automated. For instance, a PWS4000 power supply can provide voltage to the device under test at various levels. Next, a scope can be configured to measure the output of the device under test. Any of the measurements available on the oscilloscope can also be accessed in SignalExpress. Logging data from the oscilloscope is as simple as a few button pushes. The data can then be saved and viewed later in SignalExpress or exported to Excel. Signal Express also provides a nice window for creating custom reports with text and data.
