啤酒花多酚类化合物提取方法的研究 摘要：本实验以确定酒花中类化合物的最佳提取工艺为目的。通过单因素实验分析了浸提剂---的浓度、料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度四个因素对酒花提取的影响，通过正交实验确定出酒花中类化合物的最佳提取条件为：浸提剂---浓度为0 %，料液比1︰25（g/mL），温度℃，时间h，在此提取条件下提取量达到最大为mg/g。 polyphenol of humulus lupulus Abstract: The aim is to ascertain the optimum distilling condition of polyphenol from humulus lupulus.
