大数据时代的金融体系重构与资本市场变革 1 2 翟伟丽 何基报 （1. 圳大学经济学院，广东 深圳518060 ；2. 圳证券交易所，广东 深圳518055 ） 摘要 金融体系和资本市场是大数据发挥作用的重要领域，本文从金融功能的视角系统分析 大数据时代给金融体系和资本市场发展带来的机遇和挑战。研究发现，大数据时代本质上是 整个社会的真正大联网，生产力将得到巨大提升，金融因与实体经济更密不可分而向大金融 模式转变。资本市场也将发生变革，但变革效果受金融体系重构进程的影响，同时也受到金 融体系内部其 市场和互联网企业的双重挑战。当前应该站在整个社会大联网的角度进行金 融监管和服务的顶层设计，打破部门本位主义，资本市场的发展和监管尽早纳入 大数据时 代”因素，证券行业尽快考虑大数据战略以迎接大变革的挑战。 Abstract: Financial system and capital market are playing an important role in the age of big data. Our article deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the age of big data to the financial system and capital market from the perspective of financial functions. The study found that the essence of big data is the networking of the whole society and means a boost to the productivity. And finance will transform to the macrofinance because it’s closely related to the real economy and people’s life. Changes will also occur in the capital market, but the effect will be affected by the reconstruction process of the financial system and the other financial markets and internet companies. So we should conduct the top-level design of financial supervision and services from the networking point of view and break down the selfish departmentalism.
