浙江省创新创业驱动的特色小镇规划思考 　　摘 要：结合浙江省省级特色小镇中部分主导以创新、创业的特色小镇的调研与总结（以下简称“创新创业型特色小镇”），深入分析了创新创业驱动的特色小镇规划内涵。在分析浙江省创新与创业型特色小镇在区位、土地利用、主要特色、产业、人群方面的特征的基础上，通过查阅文献，归纳演绎，总结并提出了创新创业型特色小镇的一些规划思考：在区位选择上，应位于大城市边缘的智力密集度高的园区内;土地布局上，以“产、学、研、创”等用地为主，包含交通与各类设施用地;设施配置上，在满足基本的服务设施的情况下，应注意考虑科技研发人群与青年创业者的需求;在空间设计上，应强化内外部空间的可识别性与共享性。 　　关键词：创新创业;特色小镇;规划;思考;浙江省 　　Abstract：（Hereinafter referred to as the "innovative entrepreneurial characteristics of the town"）， in-depth analysis of the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship-driven town planning connotation.Finally， the author analyzes the characteristics of small towns in Zhejiang Province， the characteristics of small towns with innovative， entrepreneurial characteristics of small towns.
