The folk dance in RuDong(如东) NanTong Tiao ma fu(跳马夫) Tiaomafu used to be a kind of fete(祭祀) for a general named Zhang Xun(张巡 709—757) in Tang dynasty. Tiaomafu is a kind of dance danced by a group of men with－ out music.But there are bells on their bodis,so the rhythm sound made from dancing is verystrengthful. Many foreigners called it “China’s Disco”. Now it stands for our RuDong person’s spirit——braveness、hardorking、brightness…… The most popular games in　 NanTong is flying kites.
