摘 要 亚健康是介于健康和疾病之间的第三种状态。它的提出已经接近30年，但是亚健康问题并没有随着时间的推移而缓解。目前高校教师中处于亚健康状态的人数比较多，而且高校教师亚健康问题并没有得到缓解，反而情况更加严重，为了找出高校教师亚健康的形成因素，改善教师体质，解决教师亚健康问题，对高校教师亚健康的形成进行了研究。通过最直接的问卷调查法来了解教师们的生活习惯，查阅有关亚健康形成的的资料书籍，与教师的生活习惯进行对比和分析发现，高校教师亚健康状况的形成与他们的体育锻炼有非常密切的关系，平时不进行体育锻炼或者进行的体育锻炼的非常少的教师出现亚健康的状况会更多。有效地体育锻炼可以明显的改善高校教师的体质，减少亚健康的形成。 关键词：体育锻炼；高校教师；亚健康状态 ABSTRACT In this paper,Sub-health was between health and disease of the third state between.It puts forward has been close to 30 years But the health problems and not with the passage of time and ease.Teachers in colleges and universities in the number of sub-health state more,And college teachers and health problems did not ease,But the situation even more serious,In order to find out the formation of university teachers and health factors,Improve teachers health,Solve teachers and health problems,Im the formation of college teacher sub-health were studied,Im the formation of college teacher sub-health were studied,And consult relevant sub-health formation of material books,For teachers habits,compared and .Find college teachers and health condition of the formation and their physical exercise has a very close relationship,Dont usually exercised or physical exercise very little teacher appear sub-health condition will be more ,Effectively exercise can obviously improve the physique, reduce university teachers sub-health formation.
