第 20 卷第 2 期 工业工程与管理 Vo l. 20 No. 2 2015 年 4 月 lndustrial Engineering and Management Apr. 2015 文章编号:1007一5429(2015)02-0040-06 基于均衡化对钢铁企业的生产采购协同研究 商宇，韩兵，张宗达 〈天津大学管理与经济学部，天津 300072) 摘要:以某钢铁加工企业生产和采购为研究对象，采用精益方法解决原材料到货数量泼动大、 库存积压、缺货严重和资源投入过量等问题。提出了基于均衡化的订单分割计算方法，将月度计划 均衡到工作日，以生产计划为母版制定采购计划，使用交期管理箱对计划到货进行控制，并使用怕 累托方法对库位进行分配。根据改善过程中遇到的实际问题，给出了推行生产与采购均衡化改善 的一些管理建议。改善后该工厂原料库存降低 30% ，人工成本和管理费用也明显降低。 关键词:精益生产;均衡化;生产一采购;原单位 中图分类号: F253 文献标识码:A A Heijunka Batch Strategy Matching the Schedules of Production and Purchasing in an Iron and Steel Enterprise LIN Yu , HAN Bing , ZHANG Zong-da (Department of Management and Economics , Tianjin University , Tianjin 300072 , China) Abstract: This paper studies the production and purchasing process in a steel processing enterprise , we take lean actions to handle problems such as the quantity fluctuation of raw material ,large inventory , serious lack of materials and surplus resources. This paper proposed a heijunka method to make the production plan in which monthly plan will be balanced into each day , the production plan is used as a motherboard to make the procurement plan; the delivery management box to plan the time of the goods delivery ,and the pareto method is used for assigned location. According to the practical problems encountered in the process of improving , this paper gives some management suggestions to improve the implementation of production and purchasing equalization. With the heijunka production-purchasing strategy , the enterprise decreases the level of the WIP inventor
