Learning Organization and Ideological and Political Work
Ideological and political work is our fine tradition and political advantage. From a planned economy to a socialist market economy in the process of any attempt to weaken or abolish the ideological and political work, ideas and practices are wrong and harmful; ideological and political work, however, if you do not face the new situation and new, to complete from the traditional the conversion to the modern form, it will not be able to play its due role. This paper attempts to study the learning organization as a starting point, and draw on some of the learning organization concept and methods to explore the ideological and political work of innovation.
One, learning the origins and implications of the organization
Learning organization (the learning Organization) is a professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in its by Peter Senge ‘The Fifth Discipline - The Art of Learning Organization and Practice’ in the initiated, including the ‘self-transcendence’, ‘mental models’ , ‘shared vision’, ‘team learning’, ‘systems thinking’ five ‘practice’ and ‘organizational structure’, ‘management style’, ‘culture’ three forms of innovation. To sum up, learning organization is based on solidarity, coordination and harmony, the core is within the organization establish a perfect ‘self-learning mechanism’, the spirit of learning, thinking and innovation. Chinese scholars put forward China’s national conditions constitute a ‘learning organization’ of the six factors: ① has a life-long learning theories and mechanisms; ② built multiple feedback and open learning systems; ③ to learn to share and interact with the formation of organizational climate; ④ with to achieve a common vision for the growing learning ability; ⑤ work and study so that members live out the meaning of life; ⑥ learning organization enables continuous innovation and development of the organization.
