The liquid gastric emptying of children alnutrition is the sloong the three groups. 【keyalnutration; children; gastric emptying 【摘要】 目的： 探讨单纯性肥胖症与营养不良患儿胃动力学状态. 方法：以牛奶作为胃液体试验餐，采用实时超声测定液体胃排空. 结果： 单纯性肥胖症、营养不良患儿及健康儿液体试验餐120 min后胃内残留率分别为（7.4±4.0）%, （23.4±5.6）%和（14.2±10.5）%（单纯性肥胖症与营养不良患儿相比，P 0.05）；其100%胃排空所需时间分别为（147±28）, （176±18）和（169±47） min（营养不良患儿较肥胖患儿和正常对照胃排空时间明显延长P 0.05）；试餐后60min各组胃体蠕动频率和胃窦收缩频率(次 min-1)分别为4.2±0.6和4.6±0.6；2.5±0.3和2.7±0.4及3.8±0.6和3.7±0.9. 单纯性肥胖症空腹胃动素水平(443±83) ng L-1明显高于营养不良患儿（219±66）ng L-1, P 0.05. 结论： 单纯性肥胖儿胃液体排空明显加快；营养不良患儿胃液体排空延迟. 【关键词】 单纯性肥胖症；营养不良；儿童；胃动力学 0引言 单纯性肥胖症患儿心理行为特征（其中包括饮食行为），已成为我国儿童保健学术研究的一项重要内容［1，2］，肥胖儿童多伴有饮食行为偏离，表现为进食速度快和食欲旺盛. 而营养不良患儿与单纯性肥胖症者相反，多有厌食、偏食及消化障碍（如经常吐奶）. 为了解上述患儿胃动力学状态.freelL kg-1给予，最大奶量不超过300 mL，加蔗糖80 g L-1并充分溶解，备用. 其中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物能量的比为0.105，0.217和0.678，食用时温度38~40℃. 检查前3 d内未服过任何药物，未接受减肥治疗，2 d内进清淡饮食（乳儿仍喂哺原采用之奶品），前1 d夜间至检查当日晨禁食12 h（乳儿禁奶1次），摄入试验餐前消除明显的情绪波动. 检查液体胃排空当日，取受检患儿空腹及摄入液体餐后60 min时的外周静脉血3 mL，立即注入10 g L-1 EDTA Na2和抑肽酶各3 mL的抗凝管，在4℃下离心（1500 r min-1, 15 min），血浆于-40℃冰箱中保存备检. 胃动素的检测采用
