　　分光光度法测定中草药中硒（IV）的含量论文 于朝云 丁良 杨慧 唐志远 【摘要】 目的采用分光光度法测定硒（IV）的含量。方法在硝酸介质中，用Se（IV）催化KBrO3氧化亚甲蓝的褪色反应。LogA0/A与硒的含量呈现出良好的线形关系。结果方法的测定范围在0～5μg·dm-3，灵敏度0.352 7 μg·dm-3。此体系可选择多种阳离子，如：Cu2+,K+,Fe3+等可在测定Se(IV)时共存。结论用于中草药中Se（IV）的测定，效果较好。 【关键词】 催化动力学 分光光度法 硒 Abstract：ObjectiveTo describe a spectrophotometric method for the determination of selenium(IV) .MethodsThe selenium(IV) ethyl bule edium.As the redox reaction proceeded,the blue colour of the dye ount of selenium.The detection range of the method -3 -3.Most of the cations,such as,copper,potassium,iron,etc.can coexist in the system during the determi
