Continuous mattress suture in place. 四、缝合 1．牙间间断缝合(interrupted interdental suture) 通过牙齿邻面间隙将唇(颊)-舌(腭)牙龈组织直接拉拢缝合固定。 2．牙间8字形缝合(flgure 8 suture)缝针由颊、舌侧分别两次从龈组织表面 向内侧进针，在邻面形成交叉，在原位打结。缝线在邻面牙间隙组织内形成8字形环绕，使颊-舌两侧龈瓣均向牙根面紧贴复位固定。 An interrupted figure-eight suture is used to approximate the buccal and lingual flaps.
