使用X线站立侧位片鉴别峡部裂性腰椎滑脱分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探?对真假性腰椎滑脱进行鉴别的办法。方法 方便收集泉州东南医院骨科自2015年6月―2016年6月共12个月中腰椎向前滑脱临床资料共35例，其中真性滑脱24例，假性滑脱11例，通过观察椎体间移位及棘突间错位来判断滑脱的性质。结果 研究发现在侧位片上可以看到明显的椎体滑脱，研究样本中按Meyerding法分度，I°共23例，II°共12例，其中，退行性滑脱I°9例，峡部裂性滑脱I°14例。双斜位及CT、手术所见均证实了以上结果。 结论 X线站立侧位片可初步判断真假性滑脱，并且均在术中所见得到证实，准确率达100.0% [关键词] 鉴别峡部裂性腰椎滑脱；X线摄影站立侧位片；椎体；棘突 [中图分类号] R681 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0040-03 Analysis of Application of X-ray Standing Lateral Film in Differentiation of Isthmic Spondylolisthesis HUANG Yue-jia Department of Orthopedics， Quanzhou Eastern Hospital， Quanzhou， Fujian Province， 362000 China [Abstract] Objective To study the differentiation method of true and false lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods Convenient selection 35 cases of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected including 24 cases with true lumbar spondylotisthesis and 11 cases with false lumbar spondylotisthesis， and the nature of lumbar spondylotisthesis was determined by observing the lumbar interbody displacement and interspinous dislocation. Results The research showed that there was obvious lumbar spondylotisthesis in the lateral film， and the research samples were divided according to the Meyerding method， including 23 I°cases and 12 II°cases， and 9 I° degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and 14 I° isthmic spondylolisthesis， and the double oblique positions， CT and operation proved the above results. Conclusion The X-ray standing lateral film can initially determine the true and false lumbar spondylotisthesis and can be proved in operation， and the accurate rate reached 100%.
