摘要 The Research on the Attenuation and Synergistic Effect of Guizhi Decoction to Strychnos Through the Animal Experiment Qiu Haiyan ( Orthopaedics and Trauma of Traditional Chinese Medicine ) Directed b y Professor Lou Yuqian Abstract Objective: To study more effective treatment of rheumatic arthralgia , First measure the toxicity of Strychnos through the sand -scorch method, then get the different proportion compatibility of the white peony of Guizhi and Chishao Guizhi. Validating each group on the toxicity and pharmacodynamic of Strychnos through the animal experiments Methods: (1) Get Strychnos through the Sand-scorch method, Measure the content of the batch Strychnos strychnine by acute toxicity test. (2)Through the acute toxicity experiment, researching the LD50 with improved method of KouShi on the content of the strychnine of Nux Vomica we used.(3)Through the acute toxicity experiment, researching the rate of reduce toxicity and their LD 50 with the different proportion compatibility, which is Nux Vomica , radixpaeoniaealba , ramulus cinnamomi , glycyrrhiza and radixpaeoniaerubra . (4) Through the pharmacodynamics experiment, checking the results of analgesa and anti-ninflammory with the different proportion compatibility and researching the efficiency. Results: ( 1)Through animal experiment, the Brucine and strychnine content of Nux Vomica in this batch are 4.79mg/g and 14.43mg/g. (2)I n this content , the LD50 of strychnos alkaloids is 66.54mg/kg.
