Legal Due Diligence Request List (Date: ) As entrusted by our client, we will conduct due diligence investigation on [ ] (collectively referred as “Company”) and the subsidiaries controlled or participated in by the Company (each subsidiary, “Subsidiary”; collectively, “Subsidiaries”). For said purpose, we have drafted this request list to obtain the documents mainly regarding organization, business, material assets, litigation and labor matters of the Company and the subsidiaries for our preliminary review. Please arrange the requested documents according to the sequence in the exhibits of the request list and make relevant document list for each company (document list form is attached in the end of this request list) for our review. If any requested document is unable to be provided, please specify in the remark column of the document list and explain reasons. If any requested document is re-provided, please specify “See documents under Item X” in the remark column of the document list Please note that as our review proceeds, we may require additional information or modify our requests.
