欣奕安舒系列修复敏感皮肤临床效果观察 　　摘要：目的 评价联合应用欣奕安舒系列产品修复敏感肌肤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 筛选200例面部肌肤敏感患者，共评价三个指标：敏感症状的改善、皮肤含水量、患者满意度。用安舒系列产品治疗28 d，对敏感症状评分，根据疗效判定标准统计疗效；治疗结束后继续随访28 d观察复发情况；德国CK皮肤测试仪测定含水值，对比使用前后含水量变化；随访患者对产品的肤感、方便与否、治疗效果的满意度。结果 治疗14 d后患者面部敏感症状评分明显降低，28 d症状完全消失；使用安舒面贴膜1 h后99%的患者皮肤含水量增加在60%以上，其中增量大于90%的占63.50%；患者对产品的满意度高达100.00%。结论 欣奕安舒系列产品联合应用对面部敏感肌肤的修复率可高达100.00%，随访28 d，无复发病例，修复效果与安全并重，值得临床推广使用 关键词：敏感肌肤；安舒露；安舒面贴膜；安舒膏 Clinical Observation of Repairing Sensitive Skin with Xinyi Anshu Series DING Li-ying，LI Hong-yan，ZHANG Chun-mei，CHEN Kai-kai，CAO Hong-na，XING Xiao-li （Tianjin Jiaxing Tang Technology Co.，Ltd.，Tianjin 300457，China） Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of the combination therapy of Xinyi Anshu series on sensitive skin.Methods 200 patients with facial skin sensitivity were screened.Three indexes were evaluated： improvement of sensitive symptoms，skin moisture content and patient satisfaction.With the Anshu series of products for 28 d，the sensitivity of the symptoms score，according to the efficacy of standard statistical results；continued follow-up treatment after 28 d observation of recurrence；Germany CK skin tester to determine the water content，compared before and after the use of water content changes；the skin of the product，convenient or not，the satisfaction of treatment.Results After 14 d of treatment，the scores of facial sensitive symptoms were significantly decreased and the symptoms disappeared completely at 28 d.The skin moisture content increased by more than 60% in 99% of patients with an hour surface patch，with 63.50% greater than 90% of the increase in the patient’s satisfaction.The patient’s satisfaction with the product was as high as 100.00%.Conclusion Xinyi Anshu series of products on the face of sensitive skin repair rate can be as high as 100.00%，all patients were followed up for 28 d.No recurrence occurred.The repair effect was equal to the safety.It was worthy of clinical application.
