Positive performance Sleeping continuously for at least 7 hours in the night is necessary. 5. keep weight When you sleep too late your organism is disturbed. Sleeping for less than 7 hours a day is an invitation to obesity. Sleeping earlier half an hour every day, for 4 days to reach the goal and keep going to bed early. I will set the clock to reminds me half an hour ahead of schedule. When my roommate supervise and urge me, I will finish things and go to bed right now.
