自体脂肪移植综合技术在面部轮廓整形方面疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 分析和?u估自体脂肪移植综合技术在面部轮廓整形方面的疗效。 方法 选择本院于2011年9月～2013年9月间收治的745例面部轮廓整形患者为研究主体。所有患者均进行自体脂肪移植综合技术治疗，随访3年，评估患者的治疗效果、并发症情况、对面部轮廓整形的满意度和自体脂肪自我吸收情况。 结果 患者的额部治疗总有效率为97.96%，颜面萎缩治疗总有效率为96.00%，颧部治疗总有效率为97.10%，颞部治疗总有效率为97.56%，面颊部位治疗总有效率为98.23%。并发症以抚摸凹凸不平、肿胀和局部淤青等为主，具体为：凹凸不平16例（2.15%），填充区淤青8例（1.07%），填充区肿胀3例（0.40%），并发症总发生率为3.62%（27/745）。以上并发症经由热敷或按摩处理后，均自行消失，且未出现脂肪液化、瘢痕、感染或栓塞等严重并发症。随访3年，患者对额部整形的满意度为100.00%（98/98），对颜面萎缩的满意度为100.00%（75/75），对颧部整形的满意度为100.00%（69/69），对颞部整形的满意度为92.68%（152/164），对面颊部位整形的满意度为97.05%（329/339）。术后3个月，移植脂肪达到自我吸收标准几率为63.89%，术后6个月，移植脂肪达到自我吸收标准几率为73.02%。 结论 自体脂肪移植综合技术在面部轮廓整形方面的应用价值较高，具有较理想的治疗效果，无严重并发症，且患者对整形效果的满意度较高，值得推广 [关键词] 自体脂肪移植；综合技术；面部轮廓整形；并发症 [中图分类号] R622 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）12-0044-03 [Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive technology of autologous fat transplantation in facial contouring. Methods A total of 745 patients of facial contouring who were admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were given comprehensive technology of autologous fat transplantation， followed up for 3 years. The curative effect， complications， satisfaction towards facial contouring and self-absorption of autologous fat were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the frontal part was 97.96%， the total effective rate of facial atrophy was 96.00%， the total effective rate of zygomatic part was 97.10%， the total effective rate of temporal part was 97.56%， and the total effective rate of cheek was 98.23%. Complications mainly included uneven surface， swelling and local bruises， including specifically： 16 patients（2.15%） with uneven surface， 8 patients（1.07%） with bruises at the filling area， and 3 patients（0.40%） with swelling at the filling area. The overall incidence rate of complications was 3.62%（27/745）. The above complications disappeared automatically through hot compress or massage， and no fat liquefaction，
