盐城纺织职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：吴江跃然喷织厂生产涤纶塔夫工艺设计 姓 名： 陆卓能 学 号： 专业班级： 现代纺织技术（丝绸811） 指导教师： 程友刚 二○一○年 十一 月 摘要 20世纪九十年代，国内掀起合纤仿真丝绸的技术热潮，其织物优良的内在性能和美丽的外观，受到了我国人民的青睐，因而进口数量呈逐年上升趋势，1997年达25亿米，相当于我国当年全国丝绸产量，严重影响我国纺织业的发展。 加强我国合纤仿真丝绸技术的开发力度，迅速提高生产技术水平，在最短时间内实现“替代进口”，成为20世纪90年代中期我国纺织界的重要任务。 10多年来经过原料、织造、染整和设备的一条龙公关，我国合纤仿真丝绸技术获得了长足的进步，丝绸行业合纤仿真丝绸的产量目前已占行业总产量的80%以上。由于喷水织机特别适合合纤绸的生产，并且投入较小，因而在丝绸和棉纺等行业中获得了很快的发展。我国喷水织机的数量逐年增加，我国已成为世界上主要的喷水织机生产国和使用国。合纤绸的大量生产，不但满足了国内的需求，也制止了进口数量逐年增长的势头，并使出口数量逐年增加，到2000年，合纤绸“替代出口”的目标已经实现。 关键词：涤纶塔夫；喷水织机；盛泽镇；吴江跃然喷织厂 作者：陆卓能 指导老师：程友刚Abstract Nineties of the 20th century, the domestic synthetic fiber artificial silk off the technology boom, its excellent intrinsic properties of the fabric and beautiful appearance, by the favor of our people, and thus imports increased year by year, 1997, 25 million meters, a considerable Chinas silk production in the country that year, seriously affecting the development of Chinas textile industry.
