中 文 摘 要 伴随着互联网技术的不断发展，网上银行在全球得到了迅速普及，作为21 世 纪一种新兴的金融发展领域，网上银行已经成为商业银行生存发展中不可或缺的 竞争手段。 本文在此背景下写作，具有十分现实的意义：有助于进一步认识和分析网上 银行的特点及发展趋势；有助于进一步认识城市商业银行的定位；有助于为城市 商业银行网上银行进一步快速发展。 本文从网上银行的定义及属性出发，分析和比较了网上银行业与传统银行业 务的区别，阐述了城市商业银行网上银行业务发展现状。目前对城市商业银行网 上银行业务的研究较少，本文结合城市商业银行在我国银行系统的定位提出城市 商业银行发展网上银行业务能弥补自身缺陷，是避开自身劣势与四大国有银行、 股份制银行竞争的契机，并提出对策和建议，这是本文的创新之处。 关键词：城市商业银行 网上银行 业务 发展 I Abstract With the continuous development of Internet technology ， Internet banking has been rapidly spread around the world ， as the 21st century， an emerging field of financial development， Internet banking has become an indispensable survival and development of commercial banks means of competition. This article is of great practical significance ，it can help to make further understanding and analysis of Internet banking features and development trends; it is helpful to understand the position of city commercial banks; help the city commercial banks make further development on Internet Banking business. This article start from the definition and properties of Internet banking ， analyzes and difference between the Internet banking and traditional banking.It described the current development of Internet banking status. At present ，research on Internet banking business of city commercial banks is Inadequate，city commercial banks can develope the internet bangking business to avoiding their weakness，competing with the four major state-owned banks and the joint -stock banks.This ariticle also propose the strategies and suggestion， which is innovation of this article.
