第 30 卷第5 期 保险职业学院学报{双月刊) Vo l. 30 No.5 2016 年 10 月 JOURNAL OF INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE(Bimonthly) Oct. 2016 湖南保险行业监管的问题及其对策 胡岚 (中国人寿保险股份有限公司湖南省分公司，湖南长沙 410005) [摘 要] 美国金融危机效应的溢出，牵连出商业保险许多潜在的市场风险与管理问题，促使各国保险监管机构不得 不重新思考行业监管的发展方向。我国的保险行业监管目前仍采用政府主导型监管方式，整体仍处于市场的初期阶段，导 致保险行业在目前的市场环境下监管难以到位，即使是地区性的保险行业监管在大环境下也有处于政府失灵状态的风险， 因此，选择湖南省保险行业监管的问题及其对策进行研究，寻找湖南省行业监管问题的解决方法，对于湖南省经济的发展， 以及防范地区性保险行业监管失灵具有重要意义。 [关键词] 湖南保险;行业监管;问题与对策 [文章编号J1673--1360(2016)05一0058一05 [中图分类号JF840.32 [文献标识码JA [Abstract] The spillover effect of the financial crisis in the United States is involved with many po- tential market risks and management problems of commercial insurance , which causes the national in- surance regulatory institutes to rethink the development direction of industry regulation. Today , Chinas insurance industry regulation is still using the government-led regulatory approach which is overall still in the early stage of the market , leading to the insurance industry being difficult to put in place in the current market environment. There is also a risk of government failure even in the regional insurance in- dustry regulation under the current environment. So , this paper makes a study on the problems and countermeasures of the supervision of the insurance industry in Hunan province and seeks the solutions to the problem of industry regulation in Hunan province , which is of great significance for the develop- ment of the economy of Hunan Province and prevention of the failure of regional insurance regulation.
