Webb swam across the English Channel using breaststroke posture , which lasted 21 hours and 45 minutes. ; Benefits of the breaststroke; Lose weight The breaststroke is an aerobic (有氧)exercise,it burns lots of calories,consuming more than 2000 calories in 30 minutes. So swimming is an ideal way to lose weight.If you persist in swimming for a year ,your body will show beautiful and graceful curve. ;Summer swimming dispels hot ,giving you many funs.; Breaststroke skills; Bend your knees and lift your feet up to your bottom . Turn your feet out so that you can push back with the bottom of your foot . Thrust the legs backward and straight.Snap the legs together to push the water and propel you forward (frog kick). ;Arm movement Movements of the arms can be divided into catching water,pulling and stretching arms three integral action phase.; Arm-leg relationship Perhaps it is the most difficult to master in the course of learning breaststroke.The arm movement and leg movement are almost simultaneous and must be coordinated.you should breathe in as you lift your face out of the water and breathe out slowly when you are in the water.There are 1 kicking,1 stroke,1 breathe in a complete action cycle.If you do not do it well,you will drink the water of the swimming pool and be choked.
