PAGE \* MERGEFORMATI  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘要 特色文化建设背景下，我国农村文化转型发展面临诸多新的挑战。文章运用案例分析法、调查法等方法，并通过对沈阳市沈北新区中寺村的文化转型路径分析，指出我国农村文化转型发展过程中存在的问题:村庄文化边界模糊；乡土文化城市化、破坏化程度大；村庄地域特色不鲜明、千村一面现象普遍存在三个方面，并根据调查分析问题产生的原因，并在此基础上提出村庄特色文化建设的总体思路及解决措施。全面树立文化优先理念、深入挖掘地域文化要素、重构文化建设手段、重组文化产业链条，有效传承地域文化，彰显多彩地域文化特色，方能实现以文化更新为主旨的转型发展。从村庄特点及发展条件分析入手，针对村庄文化积淀，提出乡村转型农村文化可持续发展的路径及文化传承对策，实现村庄发展的重构与再生。 关键词：中寺村；特色文化；宜居乡村   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II abstract Under the background of the construction of characteristic culture,China’s rural cultural transformation and development faces many new challenges.The articles uses the methods of case analysis,investigation and so on.Ana through the analysis of the culture transformation path of the temple village in Shenbei New Area in Shenyang.Points out the problems existing in the process of the development of rural cultural transformation in China.Such as the three of village culture boundary fuzzy,urbanization of rural culture and large extent of destruction,village region characteristic is not obvious,one side of the phenomenon is widespread. A comprehensive set of giving priority to the cultural philosophy, in-depth excavation of the regional cultural elements, cultural reconstruction by means of construction, recombinant culture industry chain, effective inheritance of regional culture, highlight the colorful features of regional culture in order to realize to update culture to the development of the thrust of the transition.
