摘 要 随着现代城市的不断发展，人们审美意识不断加强，使人们对城市公共空间的环境质量要求越来越高。壁画作为公共艺术的组成部分，在体现城市精神，美化环境，传承和发扬城市文化中起着至关重要的作用。壁画在城市公共空间中的装饰性和协调性能有效的避免空间中的单调和不足，无论是广场、酒店、博物馆还是其他的公共场所，都能流动着壁画艺术对空间环境装点的灵韵。壁画以其自身的空间优势传达着特定空间环境中人们的艺术理念和艺术气息，可以说壁画艺术已经成为现代城市公共空间的点睛之笔。 洛阳做为十三朝文明古都，文化底蕴深厚，但洛阳城市公共空间壁画的发展比较滞后，在当前“文化兴市””和“旅游强市”的战略布局下，研究洛阳城市公共空间壁画的发展具有明显的美术价值和应用价值。 课题主要从三个方面阐述了洛阳城市公共空间壁画的重要性。第一部分介绍了现代壁画与现代城市公共空间的发展概况，主要阐述了现代壁画的特点和分类，以及壁画在现代城市公共空间的作用。第二部分介绍了国内外城市公共空间现代壁画的发展概况。列举了西方现代城市如墨西哥、法国的“里昂”，国内的“北京”、“天津”、“南京”等城市的公共空间壁画情况，为洛阳城市公共空间壁画事业的发展起到一定的启发和借鉴作用。第三部分是本课题研究的重点，针对洛阳市城市公共空间的壁画现状做了较为深入的调查和研究，并提出了洛阳作为一座拥有丰厚传统壁画的现代城市公共空间壁画远景规划。 关键词：洛阳 城市 公共空间 壁画 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the modern city, the peoples aesthetic consciousness constantly strengthened, so that people have become increasingly demanding environmental quality of urban public space. Murals as part of the public art embodies the spirit of the city, landscaping, heritage, and to carry forward the urban culture plays a vital role. Decorative murals in urban public space and the effective performance of coordination to avoid monotony and lack of space, either square, hotel, museum or other public places, can flow with the aura of mural art decorate the space environment. Murals convey its own space advantage artistic philosophy and art of the people in a particular space environment, it can be said that the mural art has become the crowning touch of modern urban public space.
