(D partm nt of Obst trics and Gyn cology, G n ral H ospital of P opl s Lib ration Army, B ijing 100853, China) 【Abstract】　Objective 　T o valuat clinical significanc and w akn ss of liquid bas d cytology t st (T CT )in diagnosis of c rvical l sions.Methods 　From August 2004 to Octob r 2006, T CT r ports of 766 w om n w r com- par d with th ir colposcopy and multipl biopsi s at th D partm nt of Obst trics and Gyn cology, th G n ral Hos- pital of PLA.Results 　Th coincid nc rat s of TC T with pathologic histology w r 12.07% (21/174)with LSIL, 58.82% (50/85)w ith HSIL and 90% (7/10)with c rvical canc r.Among 348 cas s with A SC, 14.94% (52/348)w as with CIN Ⅱ～ Ⅲ, 1.44% (5/348)was with c rvical canc r diagnos d pathologically.Among th 35 cas s with AGC, 11.43% (4/35)was with CINⅡ～ Ⅲ, 2.86% (1/35)w ith c rvical canc r.In th cas s of c rvi- cal canc r, th pr dil ction ag s of ons t show d doubl hump, 30 ～39 y ars old and ≥45 y ars old.Conclusions　 A s a pr liminary scr ning m thod of c rvical canc r, T CT may hav fals positiv or n gativ r sults.But combin d with colposcopy and multipl biopsy, T CT can improv th diagnostic accuracy of c rvical l sions and b h lpful in arly diagnosis and arly tr atm nt.
