Methods 23 cases underwent multimodality MR imaging, including morphology scanning, cine MRI, myocardial perfusion and delayed-enhancement scanning. The variation of cardiac morphology, motion, signal intensity of first-phase perfusion and delayed-enhancement were evaluated. Results There were 12 cases with MRI多技术扫描评价 ischemic myocardial disease in 23 cases and a total of 204 segments were analysed, of which 63(30.9%) showed abnormal wall motion. In abnormal wall motion segments, the segments 心肌病变的临床应 of signal decreasing, normal and delayed-enhancement were 52,11,and 59 respectively. 用价值 Systolic thickening ratio decreased in all segments of abnormal wall motion. Delayed en- hancement lesions were observed in the cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(2 cases), dilated cardiomyopathy(1 case) and cardiac tumor(1 case).
