Four major reasons for lack of sense of responsibility
Introduction
Almost all managers are emphasizing the importance of employee responsibility, but not too many people think about the question: Why are employees not responsible? Perhaps many managers are dismissive of the problem, but none of them can afford to ignore the lack of responsibility.
Without staffs sense of responsibility, there will be no enterprise development. However, to enhance the sense of responsibility of employees, we must first answer Why are employees not responsible? This problem. Many companies have failed to fully understand the problem, although there have been many training courses to enhance employee responsibility, but they have achieved little success.
To enhance the sense of responsibility of employees, we must first understand why employees are not responsible.

1. Fear of failure
Employees in fear management are filled with fear of failure. 2. Muddle along
