At present, in our country the nursing human resource quality does not match the combination of medical and endowment model which put forward 3 new demands of occuptional care skills and related knowledge, keen attention to the elderly mental health, and a high degree of occupational identification. Learning from the developed countries experience of training endowment care workers, China should establish a endowment care worker training system from riching training content, establishing hierarchical training system, cultivating occupational identification and establishing macro endowment care workers training plan, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of endowment care workers and to promote the combination of medical and endowment model development.
