第3O卷第l2期2007年l2月 北京中医药大学学报 V01．3O No．12 Dec．2007 Journal of Selji~University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine ·797· · 理论研究 · 作为科技术语的中医症状的命名 张启明 张振中 李 檬 李镶秋。赵传亮。李正旺 (1中国中医科学院临床基础医学研究所 北京100700；2山东诸城市中医院；3山东中医药大学) 摘要：根据科技术语的命名约定，提出中医症状的命名原则。以规划教材《中医诊断学》的诊法部 分作为讨论对象，认为目前中医症状的命名存在7大问题，并提出修改建议：①补充不完整的症状 名；②将繁琐而属性单一的lJ缶床描述简化为 症状名；③将包含多个属性的l豳床描述拆分为症状名； ④合并内涵相同或相近的症状名；⑤拆分临床表现和临床意义不同的症状名；⑥多个症状名组合才 有临床意义不属诊法的研究内容；⑦删除西医学症状名。 关键词：中医症状名；命名缺陷；科技术语；中医诊断学 中图分类号：R241 Symptom Haines of Chinese medicine as scientific and technological terms ZHANG Qi．ming ，ZHANG Zhen．zhong2，U Mengs，et a1． (1 Institute of Basic Clinical Medicine，China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences，Beijing 100700； 2 Zhuchengshi Hospital of Chinese Medicine；3 Shandong University of Chinese Medicine) Abstract：The nomenclative~principles were founded according to the nomenclative stipulation of scientific and technological terms．The diagnostic method chapters in D／agnos／s of Chinese Medicine，to be a standard teaching material，were taken as the research objects，and there were 7 problems found out and some suggestions were put forward as follows：①Complementing faulty symptom names；②Simplifying a complex clinical description(with a single attribute)to define symptom names；③ Separating clinical descriptions(with multiple attributes)to define symptom names；④Combining the symptom names with the same or similar connotation；⑤ Separating the symptom nanle with different clinical manifestations and diagnostic meanings；⑥To reveal a special diagnostic meaning by assembling multiple symptoms not belong to the diagnostic method；⑦Deleting the symptom names of Western medicine． Key words：symptom names of Chinese medicine；nomenclative limitation，scientific and technological terms，diagn
