· 2O49· · 论著 · 术中自体血液回收对红细胞pH值和电解质的影响 杜彦茹，张 东，赵砚丽 【摘要】 目的 观察自体血液回收对红细胞pH值和电解质的影响。方法 3O例美国麻醉医师协会体格情况分级 (ASA)为Ⅱ或Ⅲ级，估计出血量400 ml的手术患者，采用国产自体一2000型血液回收机行术中自体血液回收，取患者 麻醉前(外周组)、血液回收机处理后(回收组)的红细胞各3O份及库存10 d的异体去白细胞悬浮浓缩红细胞(库存组) 3O份，分别检测其红细胞内外pH值及红细胞内K 、Na 的浓度。结果 库存组红细胞内、外pH值均明显低于回收组和 外周组(P0．01)，外周组红细胞内、外pH值明显低于回收组(P0．01)；3组红细胞内Na 、K 的浓度间差异无显著 性意义(P0．05)。结论 术中自体血液回收可致红细胞内、外pH值明显升高；但对红细胞内K 、Na 的浓度无明显 影响。 【关键词】 红细胞；电解质；输血，自体 【中图分类号】R 457．1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007—9572(2007)24—2049—02 Effects of Intraoperative Autotransfusion on pH Value and Electrolyte of Red Blood Cell DU Yan—ru，ZHANG Dong， ZHAO Yan—li．Department ofAnesthesiology，People S Hospital ofHebei Province，Shijiazhuang 050051，China 【Abstract】 0bjective To observe the effects of intraoperative autotransfusion on pH value and electrolyte of red blood cell(RBC)．Methods Thirty patients graded II一ⅢbyASA(aged 20～60)，whowere estimatedto havelostmorethandO0mL blood during surgical intervention，were enrolled in this study．ZITI一2000 cell saver system was used for intraoperative blood sal— vage．We obtained thirty samples of blood before anesthesia(peripheral group)and thirty salvaged from field(salvaged group)and thirty stored concentrated RBCs(stored group)．The pH value and the content of K and Na of the RBC were detected．Results The pH value of the stored group was significantly lower than the salvaged group and the peripheral group，and the pH value of the peripheral group was significantly lower than that of the salvaged group(P0．01)．There was no significant difference in content of Na 、K among three groups(尸0．05)．Conclusion The intraoperatiye autotransfusion can remarkably elevate the pH value of RBC，but there is no obvious effect on content of K and Na ． 【Key word] Erythrocytes；Electrolytes；Bl
