中国现代医药杂志 2013 年 11 月第 15 卷第 11 期 MMJC ， Nov 2013 ， Vol 15 ， No.11 ·11 · C 反应蛋白在 4 种不同关节置换手术后变化趋势 张楠心 李强 张文明 林建华 【摘要 】 目的 通过记录 4 种不同人工关节置换手术后 C 反应蛋白 （CRP ）的变化趋势及相关水平来研究这 4 种不同 手术对机体造成的创伤反应 。 方法 研究 96 例不同关节置换 （全膝关节置换 、单髁膝关节置换 、表面髋关节置换 、全髋关 节置换 ）患者 ，分别记录其术前 、术后 2d 、术后 7d 的 CRP 水平 。 结果 CRP 的峰值在术后第 2 天出现 ，表面髋关节置换组 峰值低于全髋关节置换组 ，单髁膝关节置换组峰值低于全膝关节置换组 ，全髋关节置换组峰值低于全膝关节置换组 。 结论 术后 CRP 的反应程度是由手术过程中骨髓组织的破坏程度决定 的 ，不是由手术部 位 或 软组织的损伤程度 决定 的 。 【关键词 】 C 反应蛋白 关节置换术 ， ， ， C-reactive protein levels after 4 types of arthroplasty Zhang Nanxin Li Qiang Zhang Wenming et al. The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University ， Fuzhou 350005 【Abstract 】 Objective To research the trauma response of 4 types of arthroplasty by recording the CRP levels and asso鄄 ciated trends of 4 types of arthroplasty. Methods Investigated 96 patients who had total hip arthroplasty （THA ）， total knee arthroplasty （TKA ），hip resurfacing arthroplasty （metal on metal ，MMSA ） and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty （UKA ） re鄄 spectively. CRP levels were estimated preoperatively and postoperatively at the second and the seventh days. Results Postop鄄 ， eratively the peak CRP level was the highest at the second day after surgery in each groups. The peak CRP level after hip resur鄄 facing arthropalasty was lower than that after total hip arthroplasty. The peak CRP level after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty was lower than after total knee arthroplasty ， the peak CRP level after total hip arthroplasty was lower than after total knee arthro鄄 plasty. Conclusion Postoperative reaction degree of CRP level is determined by the bone marrow tissue damage in the pro鄄
