天津医药2016年3月第44卷第3期 281 促炎症因子与骨性关节炎关系的研究进展 △ 李冰，刘军 ，肖瑜，卜延民，邢丹 摘要：骨性关节炎（OA）是我国老年人关节疼痛和功能障碍的主要原因，发病率逐年上升。除关节周缘骨赘增生 和关节软骨退变外，炎症作为OA重要的病理改变之一，受到越来越广泛的关注。促炎症因子是炎症反应重要的媒 介，OA中促炎症因子水平升高，导致全身和局部的炎症反应，加速包括关节软骨在内的多种组织结构破坏，促进OA 进展的理念已被广大学者接受。此外，炎症严重程度和OA的临床表现密切相关。因此，深入了解各种促炎症因子 在OA发病中的作用具有重要的临床意义。本文从促炎症因子与OA的关系及分子机制角度入手，对该领域的研究 进展作一综述，为OA的临床诊治提供新的视角。 关键词：骨关节炎；瘦素；血管内皮生长因子类；多不饱和脂肪酸酰胺类；S100蛋白质类；综述；促炎症因子 中图分类号：R684.3 文献标志码：A DOI：10.11958 Researchprogressoftheassociationbetweenpro-inflammatorycytokinesandosteoarthritis △ LIBing,LIUJun ,XIAOYu,BUYanmin,XINGDan JointDepartment,TianjinHospital,Tianjin300211,China △CorrespondingAuthor E-mail:braveman1982@163.com Abstract:Osteoarthritis(OA)isthemainreasonofjointpainanddysfunctionintheelderlyinChina,anditsincidence isincreasingyearbyyear.Inadditiontothejointperipheralosteophyteformationanddegenerationofarticularcartilage,in⁃ flammation,asoneofthedominantpathologicalchangesinOA,iscausingmoreandmoreattention.Pro-inflammatorycyto⁃ kines(PIC)areimportantmediatorsofinflammation.TheincreasedlevelofPICinOAcanleadtosystemicandlocalinflam⁃ mation,resultsinfurtherdestructionofmanykindsoftissuesinjoint(suchascartilage),andacceleratesthedevelopmentof OA.Besides,theseverityofinflammationiscloselyrelatedtotheclinicalsymptomsofOA.Therefore,itisimportanttoun⁃ derstandtheroleofPICinthepathogenesisofOA.Fromtheperspectiveoftherelationshipbetweenpro-inflammatoryfac⁃ torsandOAandthemolecularmechanism,thisarticlereviewstheresearchprogressinthisfield,whichprovidesnewcon⁃ ceptsfordiagnoseandtreatmentofOA.
