凉山彝族就业现状调查研究 中文摘要 就业是民生之本，是人民群众改善生活的基本前提和基本途径。就业与人 们的收入水平、生活质量息息相关，是关乎民生的重大问题之一。由于种种原 因，我国的就业问题日益突出，近年来引起了不少专家学者的关注和研究。其 中，少数民族作为就业的弱势群体，在这方面的问题更显突出。 本文以“凉山彝族就业现状调查研究”为题，在对国内外有关农村人口、 流动人口和少数民族就业等研究成果进行综述、搜集了大量原始资料的基础上， 对凉山彝族在就业时面临的自身素质、社会环境和国家政策等方面进行了科学 的分析，旨在找出凉山彝族在就业过程中所遇到的问题，进而对该问题产生的 原因给出相应的解决途径和建议。 本文首先对该论文的写作背景和研究现状等内容进行了阐述，回顾了国内 外有关少数民族就业问题的一些研究成果和经验。第二章对凉山彝族地区的人 口分布、社会历史、产业结构等情况进行了系统地介绍。第三章利用《凉山州 统计年鉴》和笔者所做调查问卷的数据对凉山彝族在就业过程中所存在的问题 进行了整理和分析。第四章结合凉山地区社会、文化、经济等现状分析出彝族 存在的就业问题对该地区和彝族自身的发展带来的影响。第五章综前所述，提 出解决彝族就业问题的对策和建议。 关键词：凉山彝族，就业，现状，问题，对策建议 II 万方数据 Investigation on the employment status of the Yi nationality in Liang Shan Abstract Employment is vital to peoples livelihood, is the fundamental prerequisite and basic approach for improving peoples life.
