A randomized controlled clinical trials on indwelling D-J tube before Flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy Postgraduate: Yang min long Supervisor: Li Xun Professor ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: to compare the efficacy and safety of indwelling 双J tube before Flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy. METHODS: From November 2013 to March 2014,60 kidney stone or Proximal ureter stong patients who will be treated by Flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy,were randomly divided into group A and B;Group A has 30 case which were directly procedured surgery,another group need to be indwelled a 双 J tube in ureter a week,than were procedured surgery. Both groups need to be placed ureteralFlexible ureteroscope access sheath,if there have difficulties than we can expand the ureter. After opration,we analyzed and compared the proportion of the two groups of patients who have to be expanded,and analyzed operative time,hospital stay, cost of hospitalization, postoperative complications, stone clearance rate and so on. RESULTS: The issue of 60 patients were successfully conducted Phase I transurethral flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy.Two groups of patients in surgery were not found ureteral tear, ureteral mucosal degloving,rupture, perforation, and bleeding or other complications .There were six ureter had to be expended in group A,Three cases which can not be expanded to F14 using Ureter fascia dilator.Then we expended the ureter to 21F using ureteral balloon dilator.
