多层螺旋CT对胃癌术前评估价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析多层螺旋CT对胃癌术前评估的价值。 方法 方便选择该院2015年1月―2016年6月收治的胃癌患者52例，均在术前给予多层螺旋CT检查，并在检查完成后结合相应的技术对图像进行处理，以手术病理为金标准，观察进展期胃癌大体分型判断准确率、TNM临床分期判断准确率。 结果 44例进展期患者中，多层螺旋CT准确判断出39例，准确率为88.6%。T分期判断中，多层螺旋CT准确判断出40例，准确率76.9%；N分期判断中，多层螺旋CT准确判断出39例，准确率为75.0%；M分期判断中，多层螺旋CT检出远处转移50例，准确率96.2%。结论 胃癌术前评估中，多层螺旋CT判断进展期胃癌分型、TNM临床分期的准确率均比较高，应用价值较大，可广泛的推广于临床实践中 [关键词] 多层螺旋CT；胃癌；术前评估；价值 [中图分类号] R735.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（c）-0182-03 [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in preoperative evaluation of gastric cancer. Methods Convenient selection Fifty-two patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016， were treated with multi-slice spiral CT before operation， and the images were treated with the corresponding technique after the examination. ， To determine the accuracy of general classification of advanced gastric cancer， TNM clinical stage to determine the accuracy. Results Among the 44 cases of advanced stage， 39 cases were correctly diagnosed by multi - slice spiral CT， the accuracy rate was 88.6%. 40 cases were correctly diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT， and the accuracy rate was 76.9%. In N staging， 39 cases were accurately diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT， the accuracy rate was 75.0%. In multi-slice spiral CT， 50 cases of distant metastasis were detected， the accuracy rate was 96.2%. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT is a useful tool for predicting the classification of advanced gastric cancer. The accuracy of TNM staging is high and its value can be widely used in clinical practice.
