气管插管在危重患者院前急救中应用 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.07.071 [摘要] 目的 分析气管插管在危重患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法 方便选取2014年6月―2016年9月院前??用指夹式脉搏血氧仪测定血氧饱和度及气管插管的80例危重病症患者。对80例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察气管插管再危重病症院前抢救中的应用效果。结果 所有患者均实施了现场气管插管措施，插管的时间在2 min之内。80例患者中因使用重度镇定催眠药物中毒的患者有10例，因重度有机磷杀虫药中毒的有32例，通过气管插管，建立好人工通道之后，抢救存活的患者有40例，存活率为95.2%。由于重度颅脑损伤患者经气管插管的患者有30例，30例患者均安全转运到颅脑损伤专科进行治疗。因心肺复苏进行气管插管的患者有8例，5例患者死亡。 结论 气管插管措施在危重患者抢救中有重要意义，是院前抢救患者与安全转运的关键所在，促进高危病症患者抢救成功率的提高，值得临床推广应用 [关键词] 气管插管；危重患者；院前抢救；临床效果 [中图分类号] R459.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（a）-0071-03 Application of Trachea Cannula in the Pre-hospital Care of Critically Ill Patients WANG Ya-hong， FAN Ying-bin Emergency Center， Jiuquan Peoples Hospital， Jiuquan， Gansu Province， 735000 China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of trachea cannula in the pre-hospital care of critically ill patients. Methods 80 cases of critically ill patients with oxygen saturation of blood and trachea cannula measured by the finger-clip-pattern pulse oximeter from June 2014 to September 2016 were convenient selected and the clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed and the application effect of trachea cannula in the pre-hospital care of critically ill patients was observed. Results All patients adopted the field trachea cannula measures， and the time was in 2 min， in the 80 cases of poisoning patients， there were 10 cases due to the use of sedative hypnotic drugs and 32 cases due to severe organophosphorus insecticides， after trachea cannula， 40 cases were survival after rescue， and the survival rate was 95.2%， 30 cases with severe traumatic brain injury after trachea cannula were safely transited to the craniocerebral injury specialty for treatment， and there were 8 cases for trachea cannula due to cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and 5 cases died. Conclusion The trachea cannula measures are of important significance in the rescue of critically ill patients， which is the key to the pre-hospital emergency of patie
