Journal of Liaoning Technical University(Social Science Edition),2017,19(2):174-179.doi:10.11955 /j.issn.1008-391x 中小企业绿色创新战略的影响因素及对策 王世明，孙菁烩，刘 伟 （辽宁工程技术大学 工商管理学院，辽宁 葫芦岛 125105 ） 摘 要：现有经济文献中缺乏中小企业绿色创新管理相关的研究，特别是资源型城市。以资源 型城市中小企业为研究对象，对中小企业绿色创新中的环境战略影响因素进行了分析，发现有 限的金融资源、组织结构的类型、针对变化较弱的战略适应能力、管理人员缺乏环境培训和短 期导向、员工缺乏环境意识和培训、环境问题在公司的地位、中小企业根本性创新的能力较低、 生产过程缺乏灵活性等因素影响资源型城市中小企业的环境战略及其外部利益相关者的关系 能力。在此基础上，结合战略可持续性行为和创新类型提出了资源型城市中小企业绿色创新实 践的综合框架。 关键词：中小型企业；绿色创新；创新能力；环境战略；可持续发展 中图分类号：F 204 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1008-391X(2017)02-0174-06 The determinants and countermeasures of green innovation strategy for small and medium-size firms WANG Shiming, SUN Jinghui, LIU Wei (School of Business Administration, Liaoning Technical University, Huludao 125105, China) Abstract: There is lack of existing economic literature in relation to the special characteristics of the management of green innovation in SMEs, especially the resource-based cities.
