At present, the primary and middle schools’ sports work, however, still exists a large gap between the goal of the construction of sports power and Chinas eco nomic and social development requirements. At the same time, the sports work of primary and middle school is closely related to the students physical fitness. There are several factors that lead to the physical decline of the students. On the one hand, some students dont like taking part in activities, which is the subjective factor. The conditions of the sports activities, on the other hand, failed to meet the diverse needs of the students. It is because of this that makes some students passively gave up sports activities, which is also the main factors of the decline of the students’ physical health. Therefore, if we want to improve the physical fitness of the students, to make them actively participate in the sports activities and master basic sports sk ills, it is necessary to give the students sufficient sports venues to meet the needs of students and form the habit of doing exercise.
