摘要 摘 要 本文分为四部分，第一部分主要阐述了选题背景和研究意义，提出解决问题 的新角度——以马克思恩格斯关于公平正义思想为指导。第二部分，马克思恩格 斯关于公平正义思想是马克思主义理论的重要部分。马克思主义是不断发展的科 学，掌握他们当时研究公平正义的方法论（唯物观）对于分析、解决当今发生的 问题同样有重要的方法意义。所以，研究当今农民工融入城市出现的问题，马克 思恩格斯关于公平正义思想对其的指导为：首先要用历史唯物眼光立足当代国情 来看问题。其次要注重对弱势群体（农民工）资源配置的倾斜。三要以制度建设 促进社会公平正义。最后要以人的发展实现社会融入。第三部分主要阐述了我国 农民工融城的内涵、现状、农民工在融城过程中对于社会公平正义的诉求（就业 不公平，社会保障制度不完善，权益得不到保障，教育歧视和社会偏见）及其问 题产生的归因分析。第四部分主要分析解决农民工融城中公平缺失的路径选择。 一要建构公平制度保障社会公平，逐步改革户籍制度等。二要建构公平的农民工 就业机制，建设规范诚信的劳动力市场，建构劳动合同管理机制等。三构建公平 的农民工社会管理服务机制。四要营造接纳农民工融城的良好氛围。最后，要提 高农民工自身融城能力。 关键词：农民工；融城；马克思主义；公平；正义 II 万方数据 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT This paper is divided into four parts, the first part describes the background and significance of this topic, propose solutions to problems take a new angle - with the guidance of Marxist justice ideology.
