Leave Policy Public Holidays 法定假日 T’s Day (One day on January 1st) Spring Festival (First three days of the 1st month of Chinese lunar year) Women’s Day (On March 8th, the female employees may enjoy a half-day holiday) Tomb-sweeping day (One day on Qingming of the Chinese Lunar Calendar) International Labor Day (One day on May 1st) Dragon Boat Festival (One day on Duanwu of the Chinese Lunar Calendar) Middle Autumn Festival (One day on Zhongqiu of the Chinese Lunar Calendar) National Day (Three days from October 1st through 3rd) Other public holidays as to the laws and regulations (1)元旦(一月一日,共一天) (2)春节(农历的初一至初三,共三天) (3)国际妇女节(3月8日女性员工可享受半天公休) (4)清明节(农历清明一天) (5)国际劳动节(五月一日,共一天) (6)端午节(农历端午一天) (7)中秋节(农历中秋一天) (8)国庆节(十月一日至三日,共三天) (9)法律、法规规定的其它休假节日 B. Annual Leave 年假xclusive of official Public Holidays in force in the People’s Republic of China, Employee is eligible for an annual paid leave of certain working days (reffer to labor contract, offer letter etc.) wich including the statutory annual leave and the company warefare annual leave. 除了国家法律规定的相关公共假日外,员工还享受一定天数带薪年假(具体天数参考公司与员工签订的劳动合同或录用通知等相关文件),其中包括法律规定根据员工个人工龄确定的年假以及公司额外给予的福利年假。 i Annual Leave Calculation 年休假计算方法 The number of days paid annual leave shall be calculated each and every calendar year. An employee, whose employment has been less than one (1) full year the last day of a calendar year, shall be entitled to his/her annual leave calculated according to the ratio of the accumulated months of his/her employment divided by 12 months. On calculating the number of days in this way, the decimal part shall be treated with rounding-off method, namely, the decimal part shall be neglected if it is less than 0.5, a half-day leave shall be granted if it’s equal to 0.5 and one-day leave shall be granted if it’s greater than 0.5. 带薪年休假的天数计算以公历年度为阶段划分,截止到公历年最后一日未满一年的员工,可享受带薪年假的天数依据其已工作的月数按比例计算。依此计算休假天数时,对于小数部分采用四舍五入的计算方法即 小数部分少于 0.5的忽略不计,小数部分等于0.5的按半天计小数部分大于0.5的按一天计。 Validity of Annual Leave 年假的有效期 Annual leave c
