低压电器及其控制技术 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT12 低压电器及其控制技术 课程设计报告 姓 名: 班 级: 学 号: 指导教师: 目 录 课程设计目的······················································································3 课程设计时间······················································································3 课程设计内容······················································································3 第1题···································································································4 第2题···································································································5 第3题··································································································7 第4题··································································································8 第5题································································································10 课程设计收获····················································································11 一、课程设计目的: 根据专业教学计划与教学大纲的规定,本课程应有一周的课程设计。通过一定的课题,巩固本课程的基础知识。提高运算、查阅资料、制图和设计的独立工作能力。 二、课程设计时间: 三、课程设计内容: 独立设计出符合下面5题要求的控制电路,并用CAD软件绘制出图纸,最后写出设计的报告书。 第一题: 第二题:分析具有反接制动电阻的可逆运行反接制动控制线路的控制原理。 反向运行时按下停止按钮时的电气控制逻辑顺序: 串R反接制动 反向运行时,KM1触点断开,KM2、KM3触点闭合,此时按下停止按钮,反向停车制动工作过程如下: n90r/min 按下SB1→KA4失电,触点动作;KM2失电,触点动作 转速下降 KS2触点断开→KA2线圈失电,触点动作 电动 机停机 (2)正向运行时反向启动的电气控制逻辑顺序: 正向运行时,KM1、KM3触点闭合,KM2触点断开 n120r/min 按下SB3→KA4线圈得电,触点动作;KA3线圈失电,触点动作→KM1线圈失电,触点动作;KM3线圈失电,触点动作;KM2线圈得电,触点动作→ 电动机串R反向运行 继电器KS2触点动作→KA2线圈得电,触点动作→KM3线圈得电,触点动作→短接电阻R,电动机转速上升至反向稳定转速 第三题:设计一个控制电路,三台异步电动机起动时,M1先起动,经过15S后,M2自行起动,运行15S后,M1停止并同时使M3自行起动,再运行15S后,电动机全部停止 主电机电路及控制电路如下图所示: 15s延时 2、控制运行过程如下: 15s延时 合QF→按下SB2→KM1线圈得电,自锁运行→KT1得电,开始计时 KT1触点动作→KM2自锁运行,触点动作→KT1失电,KT2得电,开始计时 15s延时 KT2触点动作→KM1失电,M1停转,KM3自锁运行,触点动作→KT2失电, KT3得电,开始计时 KT3触点动作→M1、M2、M3停转 第四题:设计一小车运行的控制电路,小车由异步电动机拖动,其动作顺序如下: (1)小车由原位开始前进,到终端后自动停止。 (2)在终端停留2min后自动返回原位停上。 (3)要求在前进或后退途中任意位置都能停止或再次起动。 1、主电机电路及其控制电路如下图所示: 控制运行过程如下: 小车右移碰到
